PRESENTATIONS & POSTERS

There will be two different forms of presentations:  (1) oral report during the main conference programme (2) posters

Please remember to indicate your preference for an oral or poster presentation. 

Oral presentations
Oral presentations will consist of a 10 (15) minutes talk followed by 3 minutes discussion. Two minutes will be reserved to allow a smooth change between successive speakers. Oral presentations will be allocated to main session.

Language of the Workshop will be conducted in Russian and English with Simultaneous translation, thus your contributions have to be in English or Russian in spite of what language you know better. The book of abstracts will be published both in English and Russian. All abstracts will be translated by us to the second language of the Conference.

Guidelines for preparation of posters
Posters will only be accepted in album format. Posters will be fixed on poster boards and should not exceed 84 cm (height) x 118.9 cm (width) (A0).
